GUIDELINES:
- Registration is not extended beyond registered members and registration is not transferable.
- No full or partial refunds will be paid after the deadline date, except if there is a waiting list.
- Due to restrictions by the facilities to be visited there are no abilities to accommodate guests.  However, there may be
              one session where guests may attend free. The date will be announced at the first meeting.
- Events are firm but cannot be guaranteed at this early date.  If needed, events maybe substituted of equal value.
