Note: No
liability is assumed before, after or during this series
by the conductors, and participation is at the risk of
the
participant and their guests. This lecture series may be
interrupted in order to insert a program of special
interest for the
members with agreement by a majority of the registrants.
Because the class is self generated and
self-perpetuating,
should the class registration be below the minimum as of the deadline
date, the registered
members have
the following options: 1. set a new deadline in order to
recruit the needed registrations, 2. agree to prorate the
total
registrations of the vacancies among the registered, 3.
cancel the class and receive a refund. Should Prof. Steen
become
unable to perform the series prior to the first date of
class, a full refund will be paid. Should he become
unable to conduct a class
during the series, a make-up class will be presented in
any form agreeable to the entire class registrants. The
registered member
and their guests agree to release the conductors from any
liability and agree to all of the above conditions and
guidelines
via registration payment and/or the signature below. Steen
Art Study reserves the right to reject any registration or dismiss a
student or guest, from a class for reasons of civility, that could
compromise the class, classroom and/or registrants individually or as
a group.
