SAMPLE FEES AND PAYMENT PROGRAM:*  

Advisement in Creating and Acquiring a Contemporary Fine Art Collection:
Services and materials provided:
           Initial education and assessment meeting
            Follow up assessment and advisement, including a detailed projected plan.
           Two one-hour sessions per month or as needed, depending on scope.  
           Telephone and email advisement.
           Quick-reference and tips advisement.
Fee: $3,200.00 for six months retainer
Payable in two payments: $1,600.00 at beginning of first and second months.
Purchasing format, 20% of each or all purchases**
Establishment of advisory program and fees beyond six months.   

Advisement in Selecting and Acquiring One or a Few Contemporary Fine Art Works of Art: 
Initial Fee: Advisement invoiced from $50 to $100 an hour, depending on scope, minimum one hour, plus any travel and out of pocket expenses. 
Follow up fee: Invoiced at 20% of purchase price.**  

Service provider: All advisement services are provided directly by and with Prof. Ronald E. Steen, principal of Steen Art Study, Advisor, experienced in fine art collecting.

*Potentially all collecting advisement and purchases can have numerous variables, such as focus, quantity, 
duration, and additional research if required, therefore fee and payment programs will vary depending on 
the scope of the fine art collecting advisement which will be achieved in collaboration with the collector.

**If an art gallery offers advisory payments of 20% then this fee is waived.  If the art gallery offers a 
percentage of advisory below 20% then the collector will be invoiced for the difference.
